Why Should I Seal My Driveway, Walkway or Patio?
Your home is usually your largest investment. Your driveway, walkways and patio areas are a large part of that. Maintaining your concrete surfaces is a smart idea. Replacement costs can run into the thousands, while sealcoating those areas are just a fraction of that cost.
Not only will sealing help protect your concrete, it will add to your curb appeal, create a clean and neat appearance, and also prevent future stains.

How Often Should I Reseal My Driveway, Walkway or Patio?
It is recommended to reseal every two years depending on your concrete’s exposure to the elements. The sun’s UV rays, water, ice, gasoline drips, oil, etc. can all have a negative impact on your concrete. Repeated exposure will lessen the life of your concrete. If you have a high traffic area, a once a year application would be recommended.
